One of the OG's that made Oliver's famous. A delicious blend of spinach, artichokes, and spices in a creamy, cheesy dip that goes great with blue corn tortilla chips.

Wisconsin white cheese curds dipped in our PBR beer batter and then fried to golden brown. Served with your choice of marinara or house-made ranch
Hand-rolled dough with garlic butter and a special blend of seasonings. Get 'em baked with melted cheese or plain with your choice of marinara or nacho cheese dipping sauce. (Both sauces +$1.50)

Thick cut onions dipped in our PBR beer batter and fried to golden brown. Served with house-made ranch on the side.

Three-Step Buffalo Wings
We could have just thrown them in the fryer, but we took two extra steps to make the best buffalo wings around. Eight wings are then tossed in your choice of PBR barbecue, house-made buffalo, or super-spicy JK BBQ sauce (Okay, that's four steps). Won "Best Traditional Wings" at the 2016 Peoria Wingfest, and "Best Traditional Wings" and "Best in Show" at the 2019 Peoria Wingfest!

Sure, Bethy is an amazing artist, but her greatest work of art was creating this pepperoni and onion pizza. The beauty is in its simplicity, its texture, and the fact that her husband thought it wouldn't be as delicious as it really was. We really showed Kyle by adding it to our menu, and you can too by ordering it.

Oliver's Royale with Cheese
We haven't adopted the metric system, but this burger is anything but standard. A 1/2 pound burger served with lettuce, tomato, pickles and cheddar cheese. And because you are our best customer, we'll even throw in a fried egg.
BBQ Bacon Burger
Tangy PBR barbecue sauce, fried haystack onions, pecan wood smoked bacon and cheddar cheese. Riders up!
1/2 pound burger crusted in our holy heck seasoning and loaded with pickled Serrano peppers, pepperjack cheese, lettuce, pickles and tomato. Are you up to the challenge?
Spinach Mushroom Burger
It has vegetables, so it's kind of healthy, right? 1/2 pound patty served with sauteed spinach, mushrooms, and melty jack cheese. We're pretty sure this is on your diet.
Bad Date Burger
Our 1/2 pound burger with garlic aioli, blue cheese crumbles, and caramelized onions. You're not gonna get the smooch anyway, so you might as well have a tasty burger!
If you can eat it, we'll give you a high five. Our 1/2 pound burger piled high with our house made pastrami, PBR mustard and pickles. Good Luck!
Plain Ol' Burger
Hand-pattied 1/2 pound Alwan's ground chuck, lightly seasoned and grilled to the temperature of your choice. Served with lettuce, tomato, and housemade pickles. Add any sauce, any cheese, or any topping to your burger for a little extra!
