The Oliver's Story (The Short Version)

The legend started over eight decades ago with a killer thin-crust pizza recipe that people still obsess over today. Fast forward to 2013: we opened our flagship location, Oliver’s Pizza & Pub North, expanding our menu and officially making North Peoria our home. (Quick heads up: we sold the Peoria Heights spot back in 2018. It still has our name on the sign, but it’s no longer affiliated with us!)

Today, Oliver's North is Peoria’s go-to spot for rare craft beers, scratch-made comfort food, and an unbeatable community vibe. We set up shop in a beautifully restored 19th-century farmhouse overlooking the scenic Kellogg Golf Course. It’s a unique, historic space where you’ll feel just as comfortable dressed up for a dinner date as you would dropping in after work in shorts and flip-flops.

As proud Peoria natives, we’re all about taking care of the community that takes care of us—supporting local businesses, nonprofits, and youth sports. What We're Famous For

We’ve built our reputation on doing the classics right, starting with our legendary, handmade thin-crust pizza crafted from that 80-year legacy recipe. If you're not in the mood for pizza, our elite burgers are hand-pattied using 100% fresh ground chuck from Alwan & Sons and grilled to absolute perfection. To wash it all down, we curate an ever-evolving tap list featuring rare, limited-edition craft brews from the country’s most prestigious breweries. You can enjoy it all indoors or grab the best seats in the house outside—whether you're catching a gorgeous sunset from our oversized front porch or kicking back in our massive, shaded backyard patio.

We make our food from scratch using our own recipes and the finest ingredients money can buy. Let’s be honest: restaurants that use fresh, whole ingredients instead of tearing open bags of frozen, processed food are a dying breed. But we flat-out refuse to sacrifice quality just to do things faster or cheaper. You can taste the difference, and we think you’re worth the extra effort.
