Sure, Bethy is an amazing artist, but her greatest work of art was creating this pepperoni and onion pizza. The beauty is in its simplicity, its texture, and the fact that her husband thought it wouldn't be as delicious as it really was. We really showed Kyle by adding it to our menu, and you can too by ordering it.

We debuted this pizza in 2014 at a Stone Brewing beer dinner, and recreated it when we opened our Edwardsville location in 2020. At long last, the fanciest Oliver's pizza ever to exist is back--for good! We start with our handmade crust, garlic-infused oil, cheese, and hand-sliced prosciutto. Then we finish with fresh arugula, shaved parmesan cheese, and a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette. It's so good, we had to name it after the coolest guy we know (Steve Buscemi was a close 2nd.)
